Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (about 4 lb.)
    5 large potatoes, cut up
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 bag egg noodles
Preparation
    Boil chicken for an hour.
    Drain water, but save.
    Let chicken cool.
    Add all other ingredients except noodles to chicken broth and boil again.
    Remove chicken from bones and add meat to soup. Boil at least 1 hour; add noodles and serve.
