Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage
1 large can sauerkraut
1 1/2 c. celery, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 cups onion, cut in small pieces
add water as needed
Preparation

Boil together until well done. Next; add one stick of margarine and 1 bag of croutons. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. You need enough croutons to make it hold together. Roll into balls and bake until done.
