Chinese Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    12 oz. fresh spinach, washed and torn in bite size pieces
    1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 jar (2 oz.) sliced and drained pimiento
Preparation
    Heat oil, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and pepper in large skillet.
    Add garlic.
    Stir-fry over medium high heat about 1 minute or until garlic is light brown.
    Add onion; stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add spinach, water chestnuts and pimiento.
    Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach is tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
