Crab Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced crab
1 jar Old English Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick margarine
1 (8 serving) pkg. English muffins
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients well and spread over muffin halves. Cut each in 4 sections; place on cookie sheet and freeze.
Store in plastic container or bag up to 4 weeks, until ready to use. Place canapes under broiler and heat until lightly brown and bubbly.
