Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. (2-inch) pieces spaghetti, cooked and drained
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. pimento
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans undiluted mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (plus more as an option)
Preparation

Combine chicken, pimento, pepper, onion and mushrooms. Add broth, soup, salt and pepper.
Mix. Add 2 cups Cheddar cheese and spaghetti. Bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13 pan for 1 hour.
