Ham Viennese With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    12 oz. fully cooked ham, cut in thin strips
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    While rice is cooking, saute ham in butter for 2 minutes (use a large skillet).
    Add onions and celery.
    Continue cooking until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Stir in soup, mustard and dill weed; heat thoroughly.
    Add sour cream, just heat through, do not boil. Serve over a bed of fluffy rice.
