Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    some raisins and/or nuts (optional)
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except carrots, in a bowl until well blended.
    Stir carrots in last.
    Pour into a Bundt pan that is greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until tested done.
