Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 potatoes, cooked and peeled
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes (room temperature)
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Mix cream cheese, then add other ingredients and whip until light and fluffy.
    Pour into ungreased casserole; sprinkle French fried onions over top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
    Serves 10 to 12.
