Peaches And Creamy Dip With Waffle Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar-free preserves
1 Tbsp. fat-free (skim) milk
ground cinnamon to taste
2 pkg. sugar substitute
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 low-fat toaster waffles
Preparation

Place all ingredients, except waffles and cinnamon, in blender and process until smooth.
Set aside.
Toast waffles and cut each waffle into 6 wedges.
Place cream cheese mixture in a small serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve with waffle wedges for dipping.
Makes 24 wedges and about 3/4 cup cream cheese mixture.
