Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can undiluted mushroom soup
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. hot water
8 oz. softened cream cheese
7 oz. shrimp
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. fine chopped green onions with tops
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Heat undiluted mushroom soup.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; mix with soup.
Add cream cheese and blend well.
Add shrimp, celery, green onions and mayonnaise.
Place in salad mold and refrigerate overnight.
Unmold and serve with crackers.
Makes 20 servings.
