Short Ribs Mexicana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef short ribs
    1 pkg. mild taco seasoning mix
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice or vegetable juice cocktail
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat.
    Sprinkle with seasoning mix.
    Brown in skillet.
    Add remaining seasoning mix, juice and water; stir well. Cover tightly; simmer for 1 hour, or until tender.
    Makes 2 servings.
