Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, washed and drained, squeeze dry and cut fine with scissors
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 grated carrot
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar.
    Cool and pour over vegetables.
    Can be kept a couple of weeks in the refrigerator.
