Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 medium chopped onion
milk
Preparation

Put cream cheese in a bowl and start with 1/4 cup of milk. Mix and keep adding milk until the mixture is fairly smooth and the thickness is to your liking.
I like mine fairly thick so that it stays on the chip.
Then stir in onions.
You can add as many or as little onion as you want, it is what you like best.
Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
