Beef And Noodle Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    8 oz. cooked noodles
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up and skinned
    1 1/2 tsp. freeze-dried chives
Preparation
    Place butter in a shallow dish.
    Microwave at High for 4 to 5 seconds, until butter melts.
    In another shallow dish, mix cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, chives and parsley.
    Dip chicken in butter, then crumbs to coat.
    Arrange chicken pieces, bone side down, in shallow pan.
    Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Turn over.
    Cook for 5 to 8 minutes longer, until juices run clear.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
