Sausage 'N' Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. smoked sausage
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
7 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced

Preparation

Mix together Cheez Whiz and sour cream.
Add onion, parsley flakes and salt.
Slice smoked sausage in half, then cut in small pieces.
Mix together potatoes, sausage and cheese mixture.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
