Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. grated fine carrots
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Blend sugar and oil together.
Add 1 egg at a time with carrots, then pineapple and nuts.
Gradually add dry ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
