Collards 'N Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    2 potatoes, diced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    a few collard leaves, washed and chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    4 onions, chopped
    salt to taste
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and season to taste.
    Put pork chops into Dutch oven or large pot with a lid.
    Add the chopped collard leaves and the remainder of the vegetables along with a small amount of water.
    Cover tightly and steam for 30 minutes, checking liquid level frequently.
    Pour cream of mushroom soup over all the ingredients in the pot.
    Put the lid back on the pot and simmer until all the vegetables are tender.
    It's very good.
