Citrus Cooler(Especially Refreshing On A Hot Summer Afternoon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 (6 oz.) can orange-grapefruit juice concentrate or orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
    2 pt. lemon sherbet
    1 (28 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
    In blender container, combine half of the cold water, half of the orange-grapefruit or orange-pineapple juice concentrate and half of the lemon sherbet.
    Cover and blend 15 seconds.
    Pour into 3 tall glasses.
    Repeat with remaining water, concentrate and lemon sherbet.
    Carefully fill glasses with chilled ginger ale. Stir gently.
    Makes 6 servings.
