Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken strips or 6 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 c. rice (any kind)
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish.
    Put rice (uncooked) in casserole. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
    Add 2 cups water and stir. Place chicken on top.
    Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water.
    Pour over breasts or strips.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
