Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (do not soften)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. butter (unsoftened)
    6 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. toasted chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and butter at high speed until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed until smooth. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Yields 3 1/2 cups. Makes enough for 3 (9-inch) cake layers. Preparation time: 5 minutes.
