Lemon Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake for one hour at 325\u00b0.
