Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. raw grated zucchini
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in a large bowl.
Stir in flour and cinnamon. Blend well (do not beat). Stir in nuts. Spoon batter in a well-greased pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
