Pink Lima Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. large lima beans
1 lb. smoked ham hocks
1 lb. sparerib tips
1 green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Wash and soak
lima
beans
for 30 minutes.
Cook 1 1/2 hours. Wash meat\tand cook in separate pot until tender.\tAdd meat, green pepper,
tomato
sauce,
black
pepper and salt to lima beans.
Season to your taste.
Cook 1/2 hour longer.
