English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can English peas, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 large onion, chopped
2 oz. jar pimento
1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Mix the first 5 ingredients.
Pour into casserole.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Crush crackers and sprinkle over cheese.
Melt margarine.
Spread over crackers.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
