Cauliflower Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Brussels sprouts
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed onions
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Wash cauliflower.
Break into flowerets.
Cook covered in small amount of boiling salted water, about 10 minutes.
Cook Brussels sprouts and onions according to directions.
Combine all vegetables in lightly greased 9 x 13 dish.
