Quick Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. frozen or fresh mixed veggies
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 egg, beaten
1 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

In a bowl, combine vegetables, soup and chicken. Transfer to an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. In another bowl, combine egg, milk and biscuit mix just until moistened. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
