Deviled Ham Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. minced onion (tiny)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
    24 small bread rounds
    2 (2 1/4 oz.) cans deviled ham
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Blend together cream cheese, egg yolk, onion, baking powder, salt and horseradish.
    Toast bread on one side.
    Spread onto toasted sides with deviled ham and cover each with a mound of the cheese mixture.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and brown.
    Serve hot. These can be prepared ahead and frozen.
    Thaw and bake.
    Melba toast may be substituted for the bread.
