Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained well
    4 slices Swiss cheese (4 x 6-inch each)
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. crushed rye chips
Preparation
    Place chicken in large greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken.
    Top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Sprinkle with crushed rye chips; cover with foil.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
