Fresh Plum Bubble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. quartered fresh plums
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter/oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. flaky buttermilk biscuits
    melted oleo/butter
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    sugar mixture
Preparation
    Combine plums and pineapple tidbits in a 10-inch ovenproof baking dish.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch together and stir into fruit mixture.
    Dot with butter/oleo and bake in a 400\u00b0 preheated oven and top with biscuits.
    Brush biscuits with melted butter/oleo and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Continue baking at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes longer.
    Serve warm.
    This is a great dish for brunch or can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream for dessert.
