Catsup(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, quartered
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. malt vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    nonnutritive sweetener (equal to 1 c. sugar)
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. anise seed, crushed fine
    1/4 tsp. ground mustard
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. mace
Preparation
    Puree first 4 ingredients.
    Pour mixture into pan; add vinegar, salt and sweetener.
    Tie spices loosely in cheesecloth and add.
    Simmer uncovered until reduced by about half.
    Remove bag of spices.
