No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    8 chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans mushrooms
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients over chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 3 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven.
