Smoked Salmon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1 (2 oz.) jar red caviar
1/2 lb. thinly sliced smoked salmon
Preparation

Blend cream cheese with sour cream.
Gently fold in caviar and spread on slices with mixture.
Roll up and cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths.
Serve chilled.
Makes 6 servings.
