Johnson Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    dash of salt or Lawry's seasoned salt/pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. catsup, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce or tomato juice
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. crackers, crushed or oatmeal
Preparation
    In large bowl combine all ingredients.
    Mix meat thoroughly with hands until all signs of egg are gone and tomato sauce is completely mixed in.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Halfway through cooking, spread catsup on top of meat loaf to brown.
