Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, drained
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. margarine
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and margarine (first 5 ingredients).
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Mix brown sugar, flour and margarine.
Spread on top of potatoes.
Top with pecans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
