Janet'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. whole mushrooms
    1/2 lb. sausage
    Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1/2 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut stems from mushrooms and set mushroom caps aside.
    Saute mushroom stems and onion with sausage until tender.
    Let cool slightly and add bread or cracker crumbs.
    Spoon into mushroom caps and place on cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 until caps are tender, about 15 minutes.
