Beef Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
8 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. cooked rice
soy sauce
butter or oil (for frying)
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Fry beef cubes.
Saute vegetables until soft.
Soft scramble eggs and add vanilla.
Fry rice in soy sauce and butter or oil. Combine all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Any kind of meat, fish or chicken may be substituted for beef.
