Baked Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Scrape carrots; cut into 2-inch pieces.
    Cook in salted water until tender; drain, saving 1/2 cup liquid for sauce.
    Arrange carrots in buttered casserole.
    Mix mayonnaise, horseradish, onion, pepper and water; pour over carrots.
    Dot with butter (3 or 4 tablespoons).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
