Endive With Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. fresh or frozen chives, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. almonds, finely chopped and lightly toasted
1 1/2 tsp. fat-free mayonnaise
2 medium heads Belgian endive
2 Tbsp. red caviar
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Spread in middle of endive leaves and lightly sprinkle with caviar.
Makes 8 servings.
