Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cut into small pieces
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
Preparation
    Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add broccoli and onion and stir until broccoli thaws and separates. Add low-fat cottage cheese, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Makes 3 cups or 6 servings with 40 calories per serving.
