Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 qt. popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil sugar, margarine and syrup slowly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt and baking soda.
Pour over popcorn and stir well.
Put in very large pan and bake for 40 minutes at 250\u00b0.
Stir every 10 or 15 minutes.
Let cool and store in airtight container.
