Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, London broil or stew beef
    1 finely chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    sprinkle of meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite size pieces or 1/2-inch strips.
    In large bowl, add chopped garlic, ginger, brown sugar, pepper, oil, water and soy sauce.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle tenderizer on steak and pour mixture over steak.
    Let set overnight, stirring at least once.
