Blueberry Muffins(Low-Fat And Special Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. applesauce
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add blueberries and toss.
    Make well in center; set aside.
    Combine milk and next 5 ingredients. Add to dry mixture and stir.
    Spoon in muffin pan, sprayed with cooking oil.
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
