Mashed Potato Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. yeast or 1 cake
1 c. sugar
1 c. lard or other shortening
2 c. water
2 eggs
little salt
flour to stiffen
Preparation
-
Let rise; shape into buns and put into greased pan and let rise until light and about double in size.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 25 to 30 minutes.
This is large portion.
I use 1/2 of recipe.
