Virginia Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 onion, diced
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add onion and celery; saute for 5 minutes.
    Do not brown.
    Add flour until mixture is well blended. Add hot chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes.
