Straw Hat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground hamburger
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 lb. can baked beans
    1 lb. can red kidney beans
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. dried mustard
    1 tsp. wine vinegar
    6 large Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 small bag Fritos
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain meat, then mix all other ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    On plate, sprinkle with chips.
    Top with meat mixture and then sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
