German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. thinly sliced fresh apples, peeled
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins (can use 1 c. pecans and omit raisins)
Preparation

In large mixing bowl beat together eggs and sugar.
Add all other ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Crumble streusel topping over batter and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
