Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt margarine and pour in sugar to dissolve.
Add milk and potatoes to mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Mix well.
Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
