Quick Saucy Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. cauliflower flowerets
    3/4 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/8 c. green onion slices
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    hot, cooked rice
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Stir-fry vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp; remove.
    Add remaining oil to skillet.
    Stir-fry chicken for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
    Return vegetables to chicken and remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients except rice.
    Mix well. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
    Serves 4.
