Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. grated potatoes
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and baking powder together.
Combine eggs, milk, potatoes and butter.
Beat well, then add to first mixture. Fry as for regular pancakes.
