Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. each onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine
Preparation
    Rinse
    breasts\tand pat dry.
    Combine cornflake crumbs, seasonings\tand Parmesan cheese in a plastic bag.
    Dip chicken in milk
    and place in the bag of crumbs.
    Shake until coated. Place chicken in foil-lined baking dish and drizzle each piece with melted
    diet margarine.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
